Too many Christian leaders, counselors, coaches, pastors, and ministry volunteers are tired of being tired. I see you. I’ve been there—out of balance, burdened by what I carried, and burned out trying to do it all alone.
That’s why I’m here. YOU are why I do what I do.
With over 25 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, much of it in trauma recovery, I know firsthand the weight of pouring yourself out without being poured into. Now, I’m stepping into this next chapter as a Growth Empowerment Coach, blending my clinical expertise with Spirit-led strategies to help you live empowered instead of exhausted. My approach is authentic, direct, compassionate, and professional. My heartbeat is rooted in my life verse, Isaiah 61:1–4: bringing good news, binding up the brokenhearted, and exchanging ashes for beauty. I am passionate about helping you lean in and learn sustainable strategies to release the burdens that keep you weary so you can rise into the unique calling God has placed on your life.
This is NOT therapy. Therapy looks at the past and present. Coaching looks at the present and future. Coaching is goal-oriented and strategically set to support your desired outcomes.
